Lost Boys Blog

a raw and honest look at homelessness, addiction, incarceration, faith, reentry, and the realities of rebuilding a life after being at my lowest. I’ll explore the often misunderstood culture of homelessness, including how happiness under a bridge is possible, even if it is never constant.

My past does define me. It shaped me, strengthened me, and gave my life purpose. I’ll share where I’ve been, what I’ve survived, and how high I’ve climbed. I’ll also share my vision for my nonprofit, Lost Boys: Found, and its mission to help people heal from “outstitutionalization”—the struggle of learning how to live, connect, and thrive after long-term homelessness, addiction, incarceration... of how to laugh through the pain. I'll share stories of faith, survival, transformation, and hope. There is always a possibility of a true happily ever after.
