Visiting a botanical garden is always a treat for me, especially if it’s in a new city. I love being able to admire the colorful landscape and discover cool, new plants. The San Antonio Botanical Garden boasts a collection spanning across 38 acres (yes, everything IS bigger in Texas) including succulents and cacti to tropical flowers and fruit trees!
There were so many plants to admire at the San Antonio Botanical Garden, I wish I took more photos to preserve those memories. I was too busy trying to absorb the view, I didn’t get to take as many pictures as I had hoped. The garden was so big that we even got lost trying to find our way out of the property.
I hope to be able to return to this place sometime in the spring when all the flowers, especially the ones in the Rose Garden, are in full bloom. I can only imagine how beautiful the scenery would be full of colorful flowers!
